Tailor-made for you and your baby
We put a lot of heart into crafting products that simplify and blend into your daily routine. Our goal is to create reliable, long-lasting parenthood essentials that you can eventually pass on to someone else. That’s why we create our fabrics to be super soft yet tough enough to handle whatever life throws their way – from nappy leaks and baby dribble to harsh sunlight and sticky humidity.
Life with little ones can get messy at times. That’s why all our fabrics are a breeze to clean – they’re machine washable, dry in no time, and keep their shape and colour intact. Most importantly, they’re gentle on your little one’s delicate skin and free from any harmful levels of substances. And they exude that premium quality, making sure our products look and feel like something you’d be proud to own.
Design meets engineering excellence
When we make our products, durability is crucial. We aim high to ensure they’re safe, top quality and can handle whatever life throws at them because we know you need that reliability. And it all starts with the fabric development.
We design all our fabrics in-house. It’s a journey of constantly refining our existing fabrics and introducing new ones to make sure you and your little one have the best experience.
Let us introduce Louise, our textile engineer. She’s a key player in our fabric development process. She’s the one who sets all the requirements and then collaborates closely with our experienced and skilled textile suppliers to ensure top-notch quality and nail down those unique features.
“Our products end up in the hands of parents all over the globe, and deal with different climates and needs. So I must consider in advance how our materials can meet all those different needs. To do this right, I need a solid understanding of materials, plus a passion for design and innovation.”
Once my colleagues in the product development and design team have decided on a product’s features and look, my work begins. I dig into fibre compositions and textile constructions to get the desired appearance and functionalities. And once I find that perfect combination, rigorous testing and tweaking follow.
“Our standards for fabrics are sky-high. Every new idea undergoes a lot of refining or even starts over from scratch to make it just right for you and your little one.”
Talking about tests, our fabrics go through a lot – both in our own labs and at accredited external labs. We’ve got a long list of technical requirements that need to be met. This list is the result of years of learning and keeping up with the latest legal and safety standards.
That’s why we run extensive safety and quality tests, checking for abrasion and pilling resistance, colour fastness, wash cycles and lots of other things. We even get feedback from real families.
“We’re always tweaking to make sure the final product meets our tough technical standards and is just perfect for the long haul.”
