Question: Where is my order?
Answer:
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified through text message and/or e-mail from shipper Postnord containing information on how to keep track of your shipment.
Question: How long does delivery take?
Answer:
North Island: Please allow 1-3 working days.
South Island: Please allow 2-4 working days.
Rural deliveries: Please allow an additional 1-2 working days.
Delays may occur during or around public holiday periods.
Question: I can't find what I'm looking for. How can I get in touch?
Answer:

Question: How do I return items which are defective?
Answer:
If you are sent a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail to customerservice@mybpm.co.nz without delay and no later than one week after you discovered the defect.
